This device is designed on air suspension principle; the in feed mixture will be divided into two parts, heavy part and light part. The main parts include: motor, air charger, in feed funnel, main shaft, cushion ring, whirlpool, adjustment ring, classifier, shaft, etc.

Working Principle:
Rubber powder is poured into the machine through feed hopper and drops into the selector after being fully dispersed. Rough rubber powder drops into the selector from the vane of the adjustment ring and vents through bin discharge. Fine rubber powder will go into bin discharge through the passage of the rotor and discharge. The equipment is featured for its solid structure and is easy to install. The machine is better operated with water content of 1% and suitable for the size of rubber powder between 60-150 meshes during the selecting process.
